How do I sign up for a premium listing?

Use the "Get Listed Free" link to add your business to the directory. You will recieve a email when your listing is approved. Once approved use "Use Login" to access your listings administration page. Thre are upgrade buttones near the top. SFObay.biz uses PayPal to process online payments.

How do I upload my logo?

You can personalize your account with the addition of a logo or image, as well as update or change every aspect of your listing. It is very easy, simply log into your account. We recommend that you use a logo that is on a white background, and it cannot be larger than 300 x 200 pixels and must be of GIF or JPEG format. 

I've lost my login ID, my password, or both. What do I do?

If you've lost your login information, you can easily retrieve it once your determine your listing 'id' number. To find your listing 'id', simply browse to your listing and you will see it on the very top of the page (in the orange bar) in parentheses next to your organization name. It looks like this (id: 116).

Once you have your listing number, select the 'user login' link from the menu on the right side of the screen. Below the form where you would normally put your User Login and Password, there is another link that says 'Password Reminder'. Click this link, put your listing id # into the box and select the 'send' button. Your login name and password will be sent to the e-mail address on file immediately!
